A First Official Look at adidas Consortium’s Ninja-Inspired Collaboration With The Good Will Out - Cape Kickz

After a potential first look emerged last month, adidas Consortium has now officially revealed its NMD CS1collaboration with German sneaker store The Good Will Out. For the joint sneaker, the two brands have taken inspiration from Japan’s Shinobi ninjas — referenced in the all-black colorway, as well as the three subtly-different interconnected Primeknit patterns that make up the sneaker’s upper.

The sneaker also comes with a black full-length BOOST midsole for support and cushioning, as well as a rippled outsole for extra grip. Other touches include co-branded leather insoles and heel tape featuring the words “The Art of Seeing Through Darkness” and “The Good Will Out” in both English and Japanese. adidas Consortium’s NMD CS1 collaboration with The Good Will Out is set to drop via the Cologne-based store on September 16, before going on sale at all adidas Consortium retailers a week later. Retail for the sneaker is set at $220 USD.

adidas isn’t the only sneaker brand to team up with The Good Will Out, with the store also collaborating with Saucony and Diadora in recent months.
