Refund and Return Policy

All purchases on Cape Kickz are final. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered in Sneakers as well as Streetwear. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not allowed.

Should you have issues with your order, or a concern regarding authenticity, please contact us at info@capekickz.com.

If there is a problem with an item you received, you must contact us in writing within 3 days after receiving the item with a detailed description of the problem. All items purchased through Cape Kickz must be returned to us unused. Cape Kickz and/or original packaging as well as verification tags that are attached to items must not be removed or discarded, or the items will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance (including damage in transit). Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping is at the expense of the customer on all exchanges & customers outside ZA are responsible for taxes and duties. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please keep in mind that unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds, when applicable only store credit will be given which never expires & can be used for anything.

All you need to do is let us know within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing info@capekickz.com with your order # and we can assist from there.
